• You must register with a valid mobile phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The app offers in-app subscriptions.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

• You are responsible for taxes, if applicable.

• The app is a platform to connect helpers and customers; SVMOB is not responsible for any agreements or disputes between users.

• SVMOB retains all intellectual property rights in the app, including software, logos, and content we provide.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Termination

SVMOB may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms, misuse of the app, or for legal compliance. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and access to subscription features will end.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVMOB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or losses arising from your use of the app, including disputes between users or subscription issues.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SVMOB does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

SVMOB may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the app or at this link. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
